It has always been a pleasure doing business with Joe Clarke. He always explained to me honestly the numbers and standard of people he had available when I requested drivers from him.
I actually took a lot of them on full time from Joe which I would not have done had they not been of a high standard.
I generally find dealing with agency people a chore as they let me down/are economical with the truth/promise the world etc., but none of those applied in my dealings with Joe.
