Throughout my dealings with Joe Clarke, when we used a regular amount of agency staff in the Wellingborough area I always found him to be very professional, organised, efficient and friendly. I always prefer to deal with people that I have a good business relationship with, and with someone who I get along with as a person. I am sure if Joe was still based locally, and we had the need for agency staff we would still use the services of his Company.
