Job Description
Drivers required to work for a variety of local Waste Management and Disposal companies in Huntingdon and St.Neots. You will be driving HGV, LGV, Class 2, C, Skip, Tipper Vehicles. The work and contracts will be running out from local Operating Centres. Your duties will include, but not limited to, the collection of skips from customers and delivering to waste disposal sites. Attention to detail and safe working practice is an important quality for this vacancy.
Candidate Specification
Must hold a valid HGV, LGV, Class 2, C Licence with no more than 6 penalty points for insurance purposes. Also for insurance purposes must be aged 23 years or over. Must hold a valid DQC and digi-tacho card. The Clients you will be working for are classed as Waste Management and Disposal companies and therefore the load you will be carrying can vary day-to-day. Experience preferred on the use of Skips and or Tippers, however training is available for any driver willing to train in the Waste Disposal sector. Training will include 1-week paid induction and on-the-job assessment. Attention to detail and safe working practice is an important quality for this vacancy.
